Yes, we are aware that FACTOR's on-line application system
is not functioning properly.
It is being worked on diligently!!!
 
I would respectfully request
that you hold off on proceeding with completing an application on-line until Wednesday April 28th.
 
I would also suggest that you check the web-site on Wednesday to ensure that the problems have been resolved.
 
For those applications to be submitted for the May 14th 2010 deadline, any eligible costs incurred from April 1, 2010 forward will be considered eligible expenses.
 
In the meantime, you may want to create your application as a word document that can be cut and pasted once the on-line system is up and running properly.
